Snider Comment
For another example of how AACPS staff have previously played the student/parent lobbying card, see my report “AACPS Thumbs Its Nose on Maryland’s Vague and Meaningless Ban on Using Government Resources for Political Activity” (available at elighthouse.info/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/eLighthouse-Report-AACPS-Grassroots-Lobbying-With-Government-Resources-23-April-2015.pdf). County Executive Schuh and columnist Collins have raised an important problem but still only touch the surface of a much larger problem: there is no stomach in Anne Arundel County among either Democratic or Republican politicians to seriously address the problem of AACPS staff using government resources for political purposes.
