The Capital’s coverage is rife with conflicts of interest (e.g., just think of its day-to-day coverage of major advertisers or news sources).  Today, it finally admitted to a very high profile (and obvious) one when it explained why it wasn’t endorsing a candidate in the race for Anne Arundel state’s attorney.
